1. Fenugreek Seeds

Fenugreek seeds are considered best to cure leucorrhoea. Add three teaspoons of fenugreek seeds in one liter water and on a low flame boil this water for about half an hour. After this strain it and drink it when it becomes cool.

2. Rice Water

Rice water is also considered good to cure the problem of leucorrhoea.While cooking rice, don’t throw the water that you used for making rice. When the rice has cooked, instead of throwing away the water add some sugar to this water and drink it. This is one of the very effective home remedies to cure leucorrhoea.You will get desired result within one week.

3. Coriander Seeds

Soak 1 teaspoon of coriander(dhaniya) seeds in one glass of water and keep it for overnight. Next day early morning, on an empty stomach drink this water. Within one week you will get desired result. 4. Ladyfingers (Okra)

Ladyfingers(bhindi) are very effective in curing the problem of leucorrhoea.  A decoction of this vegetable is prepared by boiling 100 gm of the fresh vegetable, cut transversely, in half a liter of water for twenty minutes. This mixture should be strained before drinking.You can add some sugar to improve its taste. Drink 70ml/dose at an interval of 3 hours.


5. Cranberry juice

Eating one or two ripe bananas on a daily basis is very helpful in treatment of Leucorrhoea. For better results take one fully ripe banana and consume this along with 1/2 teaspoon of clarified butter (ghee). For best results, repeat this twice a day.

7. Garlic

Antibacterial and antiseptic qualities of garlic are very helpful in treatment of leucorrhea. Consume 1-2 cloves of garlic along with some turmeric powder. For best results, repeat this process twice a day.
Alternatively, In a cup take 250ml of boiling water and mix one tablespoon of honey, two tablespoons of lemon juice and a clove of crushed garlic. Mix all the ingredients and have this lukewarm drink once a day until you get the desired results.

8. Apple Cider Vinegar

Antiseptic and mild acidic properties of apple cider vinegar help a lot in getting rid of leucorrhea as well as foul vaginal odor. Mix equal amounts of distilled water and apple cider vinegar. Use it as a vaginal wash at least once a day.
