1. Lemon Juice

Lemon Juice is considered very effective to lighten sun spots. Apply fresh lemon juice on your skin and let it stay for 15-20 minutes then rinse off with fresh water.Instead of Lemon juice you can also rub a fresh piece of lemon on affected areas. Repeat this twice a day and see the difference within few days. (Beware of going outdoors while applying lemon juice because it increase skin’s sensitivity to sunlight. So before going outdoors first wash your face, apply a good sunscreen and then go outside)

2. Lime Juice, Glycerine and Rose Water


Take 1 tablespoon of some lime juice, 1 tablespoon of glycerin and 1 teaspoon of rose water. Mix them well and apply this mixture on the affected area. Let it stay on the skin for about 20-30 minutes and then wash you skin. Repeat this twice a day for about 3-4 weeks.

3. Aloe vera

Aloe vera is considered very effective to treat sun spots. You can apply either aloe juice or aloe gel on the affected area of your skin. Let it stay for 30-45 minutes and then wash your face with fresh water. Repeat this twice a day for 4-6 weeks.

4. Garlic Juice

Application of garlic juice is one of the best home remedy to cure sun spots. Rub garlic juice on affected areas twice a day and you will see the difference within one month.

5. Apple Cider Vinegar and Orange Juice

10. Yogurt, Oatmeal and Lemon Juice
