Dry, chapped or cracked lips are usually caused by dehydration. Environmental factors like severe hot or cold climatic conditions also result in dry or cracked lips. 1. Milk Cream

Milk cream is considered very effective in getting rid of dry, chapped or cracked lips. Apply milk cream on your lips to heal the lips and to keep them soft and smooth.

2. Castor Oil or Coconut Oil

Apply castor oil on your cracked lips, it helps to cure the dry chapped or cracked lips.
Alternatively, you can also apply coconut oil because it also very helpful to treat dry cracked lips.

3. Honey

Honey is a great moisturizer. Rub some honey to your cracked lips it will help a lot to cure them. For best results, apply this on a daily basis until you get the desired results.

4. Rose Petals and Glycerine

Crush some rose petals and mix with some glycerine to make a smooth paste. Apply this paste on your chapped lips. This home remedy not only retain the pink color but also help to cure dry cracked lips.

(i)Never peel the dead dry skin from the lips. Instead of peeling try to gently exfoliate your dry dead skin cells  with help of honey or any other natural moisturizer.
