1. Olive Oil

Dryness is one of the main cause for rough and cracked feet. To remove this dryness you can massage your feet with a natural moisturizer like Olive Oil.
Massage for 10-15 minutes and then wash your feet with lukewarm water. Now pat dry your skin with soft towel. Repeat this daily and see the difference within few days.

2. Coconut Oil

Pure coconut oil also helps a lot to cure cracked heels. Every night before going to sleep massage your feet with coconut oil. Next morning rinse your feet with lukewarm water and gently scrub your feet with pumice stone to remove dead skin cells. After gentle scrub apply a good moisturizer(Olive oil) to retain the moisture in your skin. Finally rinse your feet with water to remove the excess oil and pat dry your feet with soft towel. Regular application will show you excellent result within few days.

3. Shea Butter

Shea butter is an other natural moisturizer which really works wonders to heal damaged and cracked skin. First clean the area over cracked feet and then apply some shea butter. 4. Glycerine and Rose Water

Mixture of glycerin and rosewater water is also considered very effective to treat rough and cracked heels. First clean your feet and apply this mixture on your feet. Let it absorb for 15-20 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm. To get the maximum benefit apply this mixture before sleeping and wear cotton socks overnight. 5. Lemon Juice and Rose Petals

Take some lukewarm water and add some lemon juice. For extra fragrance and soothing effect you can add some rose petals. After scrubbing apply Olive oil, petroleum jelly or vaseline and wear cotton socks overnight. Next morning remove the socks and rinse your feet with lukewarm water and finally pat dry your feet. 6. Cocoa Butter

Pour some lukewarm water into a bucket or small basin.Dip your feet in lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes. Now scrub your feet with pumice stone to remove rough or dead skin cells. After this dry your skin and apply cocoa butter or cocoa butter cream on your feet. Cocoa butter will penetrate the outer layer of your skin and will soften the skin quickly. After applying cocoa butter wear cotton socks throughout the night. Next morning after removing socks wash your feet with lukewarm water and pat dry your feet. You will see a remarkable difference even after first night but for more softer and smoother feet you have to repeat this process at least for 7 days.

7. Sugar and Olive Oil

Take 2 tablespoons sugar in one hand and then add about 1-2 tablespoons olive oil to it. Rub both the palms together, to mix the ingredients in your hands. Now, start giving gentle massage to your feet, for about 5-10 minutes, with the mixture. After continuous rubbing and massaging, wash you feet with lukewarm water.
